Skills for Care plays a key role in developing adult social care workforce strategy for around 38,000 employers and 1.3 million workers.  Read about our work joint working agreements, modernising the social care workforce and options for excellence

The Department of Health have launched the adult social care workforce strategy  "Working to Put People First: The Strategy for the Adult Social Care Workforce in England".  Skills for Care are working hard to promote this strategy through the region.

The Integrated Local Area Workforce Strategy (InLAWS) project is a cutting edge joint initiative between Skills for Care and the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS).
