Personalisation
Personalisation means that people who use services receive the support they need quickly, easily and in a way that fits into their lives. They have control over their own care and the power to shape their own lives.
In the North West a series of conferences and seminars have significantly raised the awareness of the personalisation agenda with employers. We now have a good grip on the workforce issues that are emerging for employers such as:
- the range of skills required by front line staff
- staff training, development and qualifications
- their impact on management and support arrangements
- the commissioning of services
