Education and training providers

Education and training providers (ETPs) are key players in the modernisation of the social care workforce. As such Skills for Care recognises the need to support their capacity to respond to the changing agendas. We do this through regional and sub-regional ETP networks which meet regularly. To get involved in these networks please email northwest@skillsforcare.org.uk.

The North West has an online health and social care training provider directory. Training providers can register their details online and visitors can search for courses and training providers. Training providers will be provided with a username and password in order to keep their details up to date. Please contact catherine.wilson@skillsforcare.org.uk if you need a new username or password.

Skills for Care have produced a series of free downloadable case studies of 'real life' innovative training solutionsat further education level.
