The "Countdown to Personalisation" event was a great success, attracting nearly 100 delegates from around the North West. The event was jointly hosted by Skills for Care, Learn to Care, ADASS and North West Employers. Speakers included Glen Mason (Department of Health), Carey Bamber (CSIP), Jim Thomas (Skills for Care) and Jeff Jerome (ADASS). The event helped to guide employers through the personalisation process, discussing both the challenges and the next steps."Extremely interested and thought provoking" commented one delegate.
