Catch up on our participation work
13/2/2009
We have updated our participation page to cover all our recent work with people who use services, and carers.
A regional advisory network has been set up and this network give us their thoughts on a range of topics that are connected to our work.
The advisory network is made up of:
- a group called the Citizen Leaders
- a group of unpaid carers called the North West Carer's Consultancy
- a number of named individuals in different parts of the region,
- the Skills for Care regional committee has representatives from networks of older people services, from direct payment recipients, and from unpaid carers who assist and support Skills for Care in the region and act as a 'critical friend' to help steer the work we do.
