Health and social care - partnership working to achieve better outcomes
Taking place on the 26th June, this joint event will explore opportunities for greater joint working between health, adult social care and the Joint Improvement Partnership (JIP) to deliver better health and well being outcomes for people who use our services.
The conference is being hosted by ADASS North West and JIP North West.
The conference will include regional case studies from the JIP programme of improvement support in the region that are demonstrating the benefits for both people who use services and for organisations of improved partnership working across health and social care and a key note speech from Professor Jon Glasby, Director of Health Service Management from the University of Birmingham.
