High quality leadership and management has a crucial role to play in the development, retention and motivation of the workforce. A strategy update has been launched. You can download the management induction standards

Investors in people project

in 2009 Skills for Care, working alongside the Centre for Assessment and Recognition Ltd, supported 24 small to medium organisations to achieve their Investors in People standard.  Download our investors in people - case studies to learn more about the organisations' experiences and to inspire your organisation to achieve the standard.
