Apprenticeships
The aim of the young apprenticeships, level 2 and advanced apprenticeships in health and social care is to contribute to building a well-qualified workforce by providing work-based training and development for individuals over 16 years of age and under 16.
Skills for Care North West are working in partnership with the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) to promote apprenticeships with social care employers in the region.
Skilled, motivated, dedicated employees are at the heart of every successful organisation.
Apprenticeships are increasingly recognised as the gold standard for work-based training. Already, more than 130,000 employers offer apprenticeships. We are working closely with employers to promote the benefits of apprentices to the social care sector.
